Right to withdrawal

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your items to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us by email to info@gingerbrown.fr or by phone +33 (0)2 31 39 88 08 before returning your order in order to obtain a return number.
We will send you a return note and labels to attach to the goods to be returned.

Returns must be made complete and in perfect condition in their original packaging with all the protections provided, otherwise returns will not be accepted.

The return costs are your responsibility by the carrier mandated for the delivery.
We will provide you a shipping quote before returning the items.

In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal and you could not be refunded.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company GINGER BROWN will reimburse the amounts paid (minus the cost of return shipping), within 15 days of the return of the items and via the same way of payment as used when ordering.

Please note that items will not be accepted without a return number and document.

Exceptions from the right to withdrawal

The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (e.g. items produced according to your individual request, measurement, finish and colour)

No return of products produced on demand can be accepted.

The supply of goods billed to a trade company.

Damaged items

​

Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to check the items to ensure the goods delivered are as ordered
If an item you have bought is delivered damaged or is different than the item your ordered, you have a legal right to cancel or to get the product replaced.

In the event of any discrepancy whatsoever, you must notify us immediately upon delivery  by writing the discrepancy on the delivery note. 
If the item is damaged, please retain the packaging. 
All claims for loss or damage must be made before the end of the next working day by email to info@gingerbrown.fr
All the claims after this legal timelapse will not be accepted.
